The PSL Doctoral College coordinates and implements PSL’s doctoral policy. It covers 29 doctoral schools that are accredited or co-accredited under PSL. It serves as a platform for sharing experiences, distributing best practice, and promoting doctoral candidates at Université PSL.

The administrative services
PSL University is made up of several establishments hosting ED3C laboratories: ENS, Collège de France, ESPCI, Institut Curie.
For institutions that handle their own registration (ENS, ESPCI), the procedures for enrollment are specific to each dissertation preparation establishment. Doctoral candidates should directly contact the academic/doctoral department of their institution. ENS handle the registration of the Collège de France too.
A thesis department is responsible at PSL for administrative procedures of PhD students (enrolment, defenses, awarding of diplomas, etc.) preparing their thesis at the Institut Curie.

The thesis charter
The thesis charter defines the values applied by PSL University to doctoral training as well as the rights and obligations of the participants of this training, in particular in terms of the conditions of monitoring and supervision. It guarantees scientific excellence and defines the principles of the doctoral Program as well as the relations between all the main stakeholders. It applies to all stakeholders of the doctoral course at PSL University. At the end of the admissions process, it is signed by the doctoral candidate and the thesis supervisor.
